Evo by Oppent is an automated guided vehicle, a transport system which uses automated self-guided vehicles (AGV). Capable of moving without the aid of an operator, AGVs follow preprogrammed paths within the facility maps stored in their memory. This flat and low to the ground robot has many purposes and follows its missions to the letter. You can picture the Evo as an autonomous trolley, it can transport food for catering, laundry, pharmaceuticals, general supplies, waste, etc.

It makes its way by laser scanning and does not require the embedding of equipment on the floor, walls or ceiling. It is then capable of moving around the corridors without making a mess or tripping up walkers! The load capacity is up to 500kg.

It takes care of the time consuming tasks. That’s why it’s really helpful to have this kind of device in a hospital. The medical staff can then focus on the patients and their treatments.
