Used withELITe STAR 200 Extraction kit in molecular diagnostic laboratories, the ELITe STAR device enables to extract nucleic acid from diverse body fluids.

The instrument can process up to 12 samples with a convenient loading system for a full sample preparation: samples and reagents dispensing, incubation, magnetic separation and elution.

Specifically designed for a totally automated extraction and purification of human genomic DNA, mitochondrial DNA, bacterial DNA and viral DNA/RNA from several matrices (human blood, plasma etc.), the device combines the advantages of a high performance magnetic extraction technology and a simple handling of magnetic particles.
