Range of Breathing Systems. This expanded range of Neonatal and Paediatric breathing systems now includes single and dual heated wire options as well as models complete with humidification chamber. The systems are available in 10 mm and 15 mm and a choice of three materials: Flextube, a lightweight and flexible tube, Smoothbore for improved resistance to flow, and Superset for easy positioning and adjustable system volume. All systems are transparent for easy blockage assessment. The breathing systems are packaged ‘ready for use’ and are compatible with the majority of ventilators, humidifier bases and transport systems found in the intensive care areas when using conventional or high-frequency ventilation modes.
