MEDICA 2014: THE ZENSOR EASES WIRELESS REMOTE CARDIAC MONITORING

Intelesens's first product could facilitate the collection of accurate and exhaustive cardiac data.

Launched during the trade fair, the Zensor is a well-executed system which could simplify the life of both physicians and patients with cardiac risk. This 3-lead ECG respiration and accelerometer device provides, due to its wireless capacity, remote vital sign monitoring for cardiac events and full disclosure.

At MEDICA 2014, we had the opportunity to interview Shannon Wolf Montague, commercial manager of Intelesens, the Northen Irish company which launched this product. She explained to us how the Zensor works, why it is easy for physicians to use and how it is tested to make cardiac palpitation monitoring much more accessible.
