At RAYPA, we offer multiple options for managing digital quality of both the microprocessor and the RAYPACloud software of these devices, adapting our solutions to the particularities of each customer. We have cloud-based modalities that enable all connectivity functions and centralized off-site management. We also offer private solutions on local servers that comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards, including integrations through Docker, Active Directory, or LIMS systems.

Among the available options, customers generally prefer two. The first includes FDA-enabled features, RAYPACloud, and a local private server that stores autoclave information, which connects via the local laboratory network. This setup allows access and export of audit logs of all actions, synchronous equipment diagnostics via TeamViewer®, audit log recording of the controller, and automatic backup execution.

The second option disables FDA functions, includes RAYPACloud and a cloud server. The autoclave information is stored on Amazon Web Services, a cloud platform, which the system connects through the internet. This configuration allows screen sharing of the controller with the technical service, asynchronous remote diagnostics of the equipment status, managing notifications and alerts via email or SMS, data transfer and retrieval from RAYPACloud, and remote editing and supervision of each equipment's programs.
