NEW: Wide bore tips

– especially for viscous liquids

In the field of life science as well as in clinical diagnostics, the number of samples to be analyzed is steadily increasing. For a personalized therapy not only the correct dosage of the respective medications is necessary, but also a targeted preliminary examination of the individual blood samples. The blood molecules must be treated as gently as possible in order not to destroy the cell structures at the pipetting.

Ritter Medical offers new wide bore Robotikspitzen for this application. These pipette tips were developed with a 50% further opening, through which particularly viscous samples such as blood plasma can be gently pipette. The wide opening of the tip reduces the flow resistance of viscous samples and thus protects sensitive cells. This robotic tip is particularly well suited for cell cultures, blood samples, macromolecules or oils.

The sample residue in the tip is minimized and the Pipettiergenauigkeit increases because in viscous samples, which are based, for example, on protein or genomic material, the wide opening leaves less sample volume in the pipette tip. This ensures a high quality of the results of biological samples.

The new wide bore pipette tip 1000 Μ L is made of high-purity polypropylene and is available both clearly and conductive in black. The tips are manufactured under clean room conditions and are free of ATP, RNase, human DNA as well as endotoxins.

Ritter Medical also presents the wide bore Robotikspitzen at Achema in Frankfurt from 11th to 15th June and looks forward to numerous visitors at the stand N7 in Hall 4.1.
