As the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day are coming, we sincerely thank you for your trust and support over the past year. To help you plan your orders and shipments for oxygen concentrators in advance, we would like to inform you of our holiday schedule as follows:

National Day Holiday
October 1 – October 7 (7 days in total)

Please note that before the holiday, export goods will increase sharply, and shipping space is expected to be very tight. Because of the holiday, freight forwarders usually reduce their operations, and many carriers will cut or stop sailings during the National Day period. As a result, booking space for oxygen concentrators may become difficult, and loading and departure may also be delayed. If you have any oxygen concentrator orders waiting to be confirmed, we suggest you confirm them before September 21 so that we can arrange production and book shipping space in time.

For customers who plan to place new orders, please also consider arranging them earlier or avoiding the holiday period. Whether you need 5L, 10L, or dual-flow oxygen concentrators, confirming your order early will help us prepare materials, finish production, and secure a reliable shipping schedule. Last-minute orders may face longer lead times and higher freight costs.

If you are preparing a restocking plan or a purchasing project for oxygen concentrators, please share your demand forecast with us as soon as possible. Our team will purchase the needed materials for your order early and provide the latest estimated delivery time for every oxygen concentrator order.
After the holiday, we will deal with the backlog orders as soon as possible. We will speed up the production, scheduling, and shipping of oxygen concentrators. We will try our best to catch up with the delivery schedule and make sure all customers' purchasing needs are met.
