Experience biomechanics in real time with STT Systems in Barcelona
Biomechanics open day in Barcelona | 30 June | INEFC Campus Barcelona
On 30 June, STT Systems will be hosting a free showcase event in Barcelona, giving you the chance to see first-hand how biomechanical analysis technology is transforming sports performance, rehabilitation and research into human movement.
During this exclusive event, you will have the opportunity to try out our 3DMA system first-hand, an advanced biomechanical capture and analysis solution designed to provide accurate real-time data quickly, intuitively and visually.
Furthermore, this event will take place as part of Science & Cycling 2026, one of the sector’s most significant international gatherings, which this year will be held in Barcelona on 1 and 2 July. As a prelude to the conference, STT Systems is organising this special event on 30 June to offer professionals, researchers and specialists the chance to experience applied biomechanics in a practical and dynamic setting.
The showroom will offer two sessions:
Open day from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm at INEFC Campus Barcelona
Morning session: 11:00–13:00 (Live demonstrations)
Afternoon session: 14:30 to 16:30 (Live captures)
This showroom will not be a simple technical demonstration. We want you to enjoy the full experience: see, try and understand how biomechanics can be integrated into your daily professional life.
What can you expect to see during the event?
We will be holding live demonstrations focusing on three key areas:
Cycling biomechanics
We will analyze parameters related to rider position, pedaling efficiency, symmetries, joint ranges and power transmission. A particularly useful tool for bike fitting, sports performance and injury prevention.
Biomechanical running analysis
We will show how the 3DMA system allows to evaluate variables such as stride, contact times, frequency, support patterns and running mechanics in real time. Key information for coaches, clinics, physiotherapists and specialists in running and biomechanical running analysis.
Gait analysis
We will also perform gait studies for clinical and rehabilitation purposes, helping to detect biomechanical alterations and facilitating the objective monitoring of treatments and functional evolution through biomechanical gait analysis.
Technology designed for professionals
The 3DMA system combines 3D motion capture with advanced biomechanical analysis software to transform complex data into clear, visual and actionable insights.
During the showcase, you will be able to interact with our visualisation platforms, interpret biomechanical metrics in real time and discover how to integrate this type of technology into your professional workflow, whether in sport, clinical practice, research or rehabilitation.
In addition, our team of professionals will be on hand throughout the day to answer questions, share real-life case studies and explain how to get the most out of the system in different applications.
An event designed to experience biomechanics
We want you to try out the technology for yourselves and understand why more and more professionals are incorporating biomechanical analysis tools into their centres, clinics and laboratories.
The showroom is completely free of charge, but places are limited to ensure a more personalised and dynamic experience for all attendees.
