Capacitive vs Resistive Touchscreens

When choosing a medical computer, it is crucial that you understand the most popular types of touchscreens. PCap touchscreens, like the one on your smartphone, work with thin latex gloves, but not thicker gloves or other objects. Resistive touchscreens work when you apply pressure and are usually required in rooms with electrostatic interference, like x-ray rooms.
