VLT-932 by Vallitech - Intelligent and ergonomic tubular carbon-steel bed

The VLT-932 model is made of tubular carbon-steel; an articulated bed in carbon steel plates, central brakes and directional caster.

The bed counts on high-impact rotating bumpers on the four corners and removable headboard and footboard in high density polyethylene. Collapsible and articulated side railings in high density polyethylene, with unlocking mechanism and sideways movement, injected in magnesium alloy and ABS, it retracts under the bed, making it easier to transfer the patient and avoiding any problems with probes and IV bags.

The Fowler-movements are driven by electric motors all commanded from membranes embedded on the railings/footboard’s top, by single-touch commands. The membranes control foot/trunk Fowler movements, height, presence light (optional), nurse call and emergency stop.

It is possible to control all bed’s movements from the membrane on the footboard’s top: truck and leg Fowler, height, Trendelemburg, reverse Trendelemburg, normal position, as well as the blocking of the railings’ commands .

This intelligent system has a micro-controlled plate, a liquid crystal display (LCD) and programmable functions such as: cardiovascular, feeding, resting and reading positions, Trendelemburg degree and trunk degree; a central brake system with directional caster.

Powder electrostatic painting, with anticorrosive treatment (phosphate layers). Side hooks for IV bags. Max Load: 220 kg.
