Moviplan iC by Villa Sistemi Medicali - Modular and functional radiologic system

Since 1958, Villa Sistemi Medicali designs, manufactures and markets radiological systems for dental and medical applications.

Moviplan iC is the new generation radiographic system that provides modularity, usability and functionality needed in any radiological center that wants to easily increase productivity and efficiency in every working situation.

The radiographic table, available with fixed height or with elevator, features a wide and smooth tabletop without protruding edges, while a distinctive light barrier is used to unlock the floating tabletop movements. Thanks to its solid structure, also bariatric patients can be positioned without any issue.

The high-end configurations of Moviplan iC with ceiling suspension tubestand and tilting chest stand have all the automatic features and technologies to satisfy the needs of high productivity and efficiency, such as the smart automatic positioning and auto-tracking functions. The automatic stitching function allows to perform a comprehensive study of spine and lower limbs, while the innovative Dual Energy technique selectively displays tissues of different density, offering the user an useful tool to easily identify various anatomic structures.

Although the high level of technological content, Moviplan iC is extremely easy to use thanks to the touch-screen control panel mounted on the tube-head. Its intuitive graphical user interface provides an access to each function with just few touches, making its use particularly fast and easy.

Moviplan iC’s diagnostic and application capabilities are optimized thanks to the use of VDX flat panel detectors, available as a portable or fixed solution in order to offer the maximum flexibility in configuration. The recent technology of Amorphous Silicon and Cesium Iodide gives them an high X-ray sensitivity and produces clear and sharp images with low dose levels.

The digital acquisition system is based on the powerful DROC software, which offers high quality images in few seconds after the exposure for a prompt diagnosis.

The availability of DICOM functions allows a seamless integration with HIS/RIS and PACS networks, completing the operative efficiency of the digital radiographic system.
