Professor Peng Niancai, founder of Tianlong Technology, was awarded the '2020 Scientific Instrument Annual Corporate Person' at the 15th China Scientific Instrument Development Conference, which was held in last month.

The selection committee cited 'Professor Peng Niancai is focusing on the production, learning, research and promotion of demonstration applications of advanced molecular diagnostic genetic testing technology products from a long-term. He had founded Tianlong Science and Technology, and led the team successfully develop a multi-type nucleic acid extractor, real-time quantitative PCR nucleic acid detector and other important molecular diagnostic equipment. The product performance have reached the international level and have been a domestic replacement, which also have achieved large-scale sales in China.'

The COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 have resulted in a surge in the demand for nucleic acid testing. In this context, Tianlong Science and Technology has overcome difficulties and expanded production capacity, developed and produced a large number of nucleic acid detection instruments and reagent products urgently needed for anti-epidemic.Tianlong have made important contributions to the security of materials for nucleic acid detection of novel corona virus at home and abroad.
