To better meet the needs of our customers, Tianlong’s engineers take a trip to Indonesia recently to give technical support for our high-end users there. The face to face communication makes us better understand our customers' needs and know the improvement direction of our products.

Tianlong’s integrated PCR lab solution is installed in the international airport of Jakarta, Indonesia to help conduct nucleic acid testing for inbound and outbound passengers. Up to 2,000 samples needed to be tested per day in the airport.

When Tianlong’s team arrives in Jakarta, we are happy and secure that we can conduct the nucleic acid testing at the airport with our deices and kits. We are so proud that Tianlong’s kits fully meet the epidemic prevention and control requirement of Indonesia. With great efficiency and accuracy, the test result can report within 1 and a half hours.

Indonesia has been one of the largest overseas markets of Tianlong. In 2021, nearly four million tests have been sold in Indonesia. Tianlong’s mobile labs are also equipped in Jakarta and other cities in Indonesia, which is more flexible and can greatly improve the efficiency of nucleic acid detection during the pandemic.
