The M2 Milling Unit Comfort Line has been expanded with a new model: the M2 Teleskoper SelfLock

The key feature of the system is the innovative Teleskoper Orbit SelfLock (Ø 125 mm) – an intelligent solution that enables the fully automatic clamping and unclamping of blanks and holders. This completely eliminates the time-consuming manual tightening and loosening of clamping claws.
Thanks to the fully automated 5+1-axis simultaneous milling technology and a high-performance spindle with optimised cooling water supply, the system also mills all dental materials precisely and gently – from zirconia and titanium to glass-ceramics. Additionally, blanks with Ø 95 mm, Ø 98 mm, Ø 106 mm, and Ø 125 mm can be removed from the orbit and later re-inserted in exactly the same position with micron-range accuracy. This is particularly helpful not only for adjusting the friction of telescopic jobs but also for the two-stage production of immediate restorations in case of implant-supported prostheses (Double Milling technique). Moreover, blanks and holders are compatible with those of the M6 Teleskoper Blank Changer, ensuring seamless system integration.
The integrated touchscreen PC, the optical tool recognition, and the 21-slot magazine with automatic tool changer ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and control. Finally, the automatic self-cleaning function, Cleaning Kit and Ioniser (optional) guarantee easy cleaning and accurate processing.
