VISIT FROM OUR CUSTOMER

Last week, EREA had the visit of a very good customer for the final validation of a mock-up for a filling machine.

That validation came after a request from our customer for some modifications asked for during their last visit.

The strength of EREA is to offer a customer-made equipment and to adapt to the customer's specific requests.

That customer came to check 2 points:

- The Integration of the vibratory basket for stoppers,

- The Entry of the stoppers via the RTP port.

The production process will start in early 2024 with the first pieces done , after the validation from our customer!

PRODUCTION - ISOLATOR

New project in progress at the assembly ! An isolator for sterile application is currently being assembled at the EREA workshop.

PRODUCTION - CARTERS

One of our customers requested from us to install a set of mobile protective carters, to secure an erea with a risk of liquid projections. EREA offered a Made in France solution.

We offer panels on wheels, with PETG panels at the top of it and INOX 316L cladding at the bottom! A retention spout has been positioned at the bottom to catch liquid projections on the wall. The equipment must be resistant to bleach and H2O2. EREA's welding expertise was used to create this special feature. The customer will receive these Mobile Covers very shortly.
