NEW: Riplate® 384 - now available in SW

For larger volumes

For the development of pharmaceuticals or pesticides, a large number of investigations is necessary to verify these substances on as many applications as possible. Since the newly found substances are often expensive and scarce, it is necessary to store these samples optimally in order to minimize any loss of volatile samples.

For optimal sample storage and bacterial growth Ritter Medical offers the Riplate® 384 SW microtiter plate with newly designed square wells. The wells are designed in a way that provides more space for each sample. Due to a special 3-axial bottom geometry, the square wells are converted into a V-shape that allows the removal of even smallest sample volumes and thus offers a high sample recovery.

Whereas Riplate® 384 round well plates with flat bottom are specifically used for optical analyzes of volumes up to 50μl, the new 384 square well plates allow the storage of sample volumes up to 100μl or 200μl.

Its compact design within the SBS-format is well suited for use in automated screening and storage systems. The alphanumeric coding facilitates an accurate identification of a wide variety of samples. The higher well rims also allow a better closure of plates with adhesive or PP-films and thus reduces the risk of cross-contamination.

Like all Riplates®, the new Riplate® 384 SW offers a high resistance against commonly used chemicals, solvents and alcohols.
