Heart Aorta Stenosis

Nerve Interventional Training Model

What are the symptoms of aortic stenosis

1. Angina. The causes of angina pectoris caused by aortic valve stenosis may be related to increased oxygen demand caused by myocardial hypertrophy and insufficient oxygen supply caused by relatively reduced coronary flow, thus leading to subendocardial ischemia.

2. Syncope. Blackening of the eyes or temporary loss of consciousness often occurs after labor or when suddenly changing from supine position to upright position.

3. Left heart failure. From early exertional dyspnea to paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea, seated dyspnea and acute pulmonary edema.

4. Sudden cardiac death. It can be associated with the first symptom of aortic stenosis, or with a history of recurrent angina pectoris or syncope. The cause of sudden death is usually ventricular fibrillation or cardiac arrest induced by acute myocardial ischemia.

The treatment of heart aorta stenosis

1. Patients with asymptomatic mild aortic stenosis should be followed up regularly and closely

① Rheumatic activity should be anti-rheumatic treatment;

② Prevention of infective endocarditis during dental, gastrointestinal and genitourinary surgery and instrument examination;

2. The main treatment methods for symptomatic aortic stenosis include drug therapy and interventional therapy, and drug therapy includes antiplatelet therapy and statin therapy. Once the cardiac vascular stenosis reaches severe and seriously affects the myocardial blood supply, interventional therapy can be considered, including balloon dilation and drug-coated stent implantation. If the stenosis is extensive and severe, and cannot be effectively intervened by drugs or opened by interventional therapy, coronary artery bypass surgery may be performed.

Our Nerve Interventional Training Model is a plate nerve interventional training model. It includes tumor lesions, stenosis lesions and embolism lesions. Suitable for simulation operation and teaching training. The model is modular and can be trained at different levels of difficulty for different pathologies.
