At a pivotal moment in our journey, we are thrilled to announce Wolf-e Robotics’ participation in the second edition of the MoonShotX, supported by InnovX Accelerator and Raiffeisen Bank Romania. This represents a natural step forward in our growth – a validation that what we build here, in Romania, holds value and relevance on a global scale. As a Romanian company, we are now taking our innovation and production capabilities beyond borders.

This milestone is not just another box checked on a list of achievements. It is living proof that meaningful things can be created right here, in Romania. That innovation, robotics, and technology can start with a passionate team and evolve to transform the way the world perceives safety and hygiene in hospitals.

About the MoonShotX Program
MoonShotX is a dynamic initiative designed to support high-potential companies from Romania and Central and Eastern Europe in expanding internationally. The program combines intensive bootcamps, personalized diagnostic sessions, and expert-led workshops, all aimed at accelerating growth and providing clear strategic direction.

Between November 3–7, 2025, we took part in the MoonShotX BootCamp – an intense, inspiring experience that gave us a fresh perspective on our future.

The project benefits from the regional expertise of Raiffeisen Bank Group, as well as from an extended network of global leaders from Microsoft, UiPath, EY, and DLA Piper.
By focusing on key sectors such as healthcare, energy, agriculture, manufacturing, and transportation, MoonShotX provides the ideal framework for companies eager to bring regional innovation to the global stage.

For us at Wolf-e Robotics, participating in MoonShotX is a concrete step toward international scaling and a confirmation that technology created in Romania can make a global impact.

Our Story
We started in 2020 with a powerful idea: to help hospitals and care facilities become safer for the people who work and recover there. We asked ourselves: if we can use technology to prevent hospital-acquired infections, why shouldn’t we?

That question marked the beginning of Wolf-e Robotics — a small but determined team, driven by curiosity and purpose. We set out to create solutions that truly matter: robots that disinfect spaces using UV-C light, while providing verifiable data that every surface has been cleaned correctly and completely.

While we started in the medical field, we have since expanded the use of our technology to business buildings, educational institutions, public transport, and virtually any indoor space where safety and hygiene are essential.

Our UV-C light technology is a natural disinfection method — it generates no ozone, no chemical vapors, and no residual waste. So far, we have delivered around 3,000 Wolf-e Robotics devices to hospitals and medical institutions across Romania.
Each disinfection cycle is automatically recorded and documented, ensuring complete traceability and measurable proof of performance.

The five days spent at the MoonShotX BootCamp were both intense and deeply meaningful.
We experienced new perspectives, met inspiring people, and gained valuable insights that strengthened our belief: we are on the right path.

Each day brought its own lesson — about growth, resilience, and collaboration — and with every step, we felt that the story of Wolf-e Robotics is beginning to unfold on a much larger scale.

Day 1 – About Beginnings, Purpose, and Community. With MoonShotX.
The first day at the MoonShotX Bootcamp felt like an exercise in honesty.
We paused for a moment and asked ourselves: “Why do we really do what we do?”

It was a day about mindset, not products — about the real impact you can have when you build something that touches people’s lives.
We talked about how globally successful companies think, and we realized that we, too, here in Romania, have the same potential.

We remembered why we started this journey back in 2020 — from a simple yet powerful desire: to bring more safety where life truly matters.

We met people from completely different industries, all driven by the same energy — the desire to make the world better.
We shared stories, challenges, laughter, and ideas, and felt that we’re part of a community that truly believes in its mission.

The day ended on an optimistic note, with discussions about global leadership, growth through innovation, success stories, and the legal frameworks shaping international expansion.

In short, it was a day that inspired us to look further — and deeper.

Day 2 – How a Romanian Company Can Cross Borders
The second day at MoonShotX was all about courage — the courage to go beyond borders.
Not only beyond the borders of our country, but beyond the limits of how we think about growth and expansion.

We explored what it truly means to take a product abroad — not just from a logistical standpoint, but from a cultural one as well.
We discussed how to adapt our technology for different markets — from the European Union to the Gulf countries and Africa — and how to translate Wolf-e Robotics’ values into the universal language of trust, especially when working in the healthcare sector.

We began shaping our company’s internationalization plan.
Even though we had already identified our target regions, we quickly realized that theory is only the first step — the real challenge begins when you start building, step by step, a strategy that works in the real world.

The Expansion Plan session brought us face to face with essential questions:
How well do we understand our markets?
How fast can we adapt our team?
And how do we turn innovation into a truly global language?

We learned that:

Strategic partnerships and team alignment are the driving force behind sustainable expansion.

Vision and resilience are the pillars of a lasting international presence.

We then joined roundtable discussions with ambassadors, commercial attachés, and representatives of foreign chambers of commerce and industry in Romania, where we deepened our understanding of what it means to build a truly customer-centric approach — one that starts with people’s real needs, not just with the product.

From economic diplomacy to strategy, from vision to structure, every conversation confirmed the same truth:
“Going global” is not just about expansion. It’s about clarity, consistency, and the courage to reinvent yourself — without losing your essence.

Day 3 – About Technology and the Future
The third day was all about the future — about how the technologies that inspire us are increasingly interconnected: artificial intelligence, automation, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
We explored how we can integrate these tools into our products to make technology more intuitive, more responsive, and ultimately, closer to people.

We loved the idea that the future isn’t just about smarter robots, but about technology that truly understands human needs.
The day’s panels sparked meaningful discussions on how to build stronger technological ecosystems, enhance integration and security, and collaborate more effectively around innovation.

We ended the day in an unexpectedly beautiful way — with a bread tasting from Brutăria Frontera and traditional “zacuscă” from Răzvan Idicel, prepared by fellow companies from our cohort.
It was the perfect reminder that beyond algorithms and sensors, human authenticity remains the key ingredient of any success story.

Because yes — there’s room for both technology and the flavors of home.
The day concluded with great energy and a clear sense of direction: ideas were beginning to take shape, transforming into concrete plans and clear steps toward the future.

Day 4 – About Sustainability, Strategy, and Responsibility
The fourth day at the MoonShotX Bootcamp was dedicated to sustainability — not as a trend, but as a way of thinking long-term.
We took a step back from the pace of growth and asked ourselves a fundamental question: how can we innovate responsibly so that what we build today will still matter 20 or 30 years from now?

For us, sustainability means technology that stands the test of time, creates real impact, and gives back more than it takes.
It’s about balance — between performance and care, between innovation and responsibility.

By this point in the program, we had analyzed markets, explored the right directions for internationalization and scaling, and, most importantly, identified the countries where we will launch Wolf-e Robotics solutions, as well as the AI tools that will support us in the next stage.

It was a day that challenged us to look not just at what more we can do — but at how we can do things better.

Day 5 – About How We Grow Further, In and With MoonShotX
The final day at MoonShotX was all about resources and growth.
We explored financial instruments that can support scaling, discussed merger and acquisition strategies, and looked at how we can better structure our financial roadmap for the next stage of development.

It was a day filled with practical insights — we gained a clearer understanding of the financial solutions that can help us take Wolf-e Robotics to the next level, grow sustainably, and expand internationally.

In short, it was about turning plans into concrete actions, building a solid foundation for everything that comes next.
And yes, the day started with an extra boost of energy — courtesy of a Raw Shot!
