Under the guidance of the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Chinese Medical Doctor Association has hosted the annual National Resident Standardized Training Summit Forum since 2015. The forum serves administrators of resident standardized training programs, training base managers and specialty base teaching directors, sharing successful domestic and international practices in postgraduate medical education.Over four years, the forum has grown steadily in scale, attracting more than 6,000 participants in 2018. Featuring rich and informative sessions, it has become a vital platform for training bases to learn cutting-edge concepts, proven practices and innovative methodologies, broaden work horizons and seek solutions to practical challenges.
To elevate the development of resident standardized training, Ningbo Trandomed was invited to exhibit its innovative products at the event, including the MVS System of 3D-printed silicone vascular models, as well as 3D-printed hydrogel models covering blood vessels, gastrointestinal tracts, pancreaticoenteric anastomoses, enteroenteric anastomoses, livers, kidneys and intracranial structures.
At the forum, Trandomed gained insights into new national policies and requirements governing resident training, alongside emerging global trends in postgraduate medical education. The high-quality academic lectures and exchanges delivered valuable takeaways: internally, they guided the company’s R&D and innovation roadmap; externally, they helped advance the full implementation of China’s resident standardized training system, boost training quality, strengthen training base development and improve the competency of medical practitioners.
Trandomed established extensive positive connections with resident physicians from numerous major hospitals during the conference, and looks forward to future collaborations with all partners.
